Welcome to the Appalachian Residence Hall Association
The Residence Hall Association (RHA) of Appalachian State University is a recognized student organization which, together with the Office of Housing & Residence Life, is committed to the holistic development of resident students, but serves as a separate entity dedicated to the representation of the on-campus student body.
Mission and Core Values
The mission of the Residence Hall Association is to provide the resources necessary to meet resident needs and to enhance living and learning in residence halls through diverse leadership opportunities, quality programs, and inclusive community involvement. As an organization, we strive to empower the residents by maintaining a means for them to voice their opinions on campus, state, regional, and national levels. Holding true to this, we will successfully establish goals to continue to uphold the high standards set forth by Appalachian State University.
